Coverings began to be bordered in edge bindings, fringe and even wooden frames to protect and decorate their edges.
Borders can fall at the outermost edges of the material, or it can be inset from the perimeter. Some borders are doubled or tripled for added effect. Borders can be used in any flooring material, using a variety of techniques. In combination with insets, your flooring can be unique, stylish and the talk of your neighbors and associates.

Barry did our floor and it has been over a year now and it still looks like new. He did a great job installing and gave us some ideas we didn’t even think about. He made 3 rooms flow together and got rid of the broken look of carpet, wood floor and linoleum meeting at the hall.
